Currently we have the description field(memo field) of Defect to be filled with text instructions, which is coming from workflow.
Whenever user clicks on New defect, he is able to see these text instructions in Description Field.
Now we wanted the user to submit the New Defect only if adds his comment in description field for the instructions earlier pushed from workflow , else the defect shouldn't be posted.
How can we achieve this? any help is appreciated
