We are having an issue where a user has been upgraded to a newer computer using Windows 10 with IE 11 and Outlook 2013. ALM is working fine and the client installed without issue, but when we are trying to install the Excel add-in that the client needs we are receiving an "add-in is incompatible" issue with the add-in for ALM 11.52, as we tried the ALM 11 add in and it didn't work either.
Any ideas where we can go with this . The user had no issue using the client on their previous Windows7, with IE11, and Outlook 2010 version. This is an entirely new system that had never had ALM or any add-in installed on the system and the only person in the department that is on Outlook 2013 if this helps? We see 2013 is supported for the patch level we are own (patch 18) but unsure why it isn't working. Tried everything we know by using uninstaller, "urn as admin" mode, and adjusting UAC and permissions but are out of ideas.
