We are trying to configure ALM Octane Synchronizer for Octane 12.55.8 Currently we are stuck at the step
to create the site admin api key and secret. When we run the generateadminapikey.sh command we are getting a 500 error. We are sure that we are using the correct username and password and have tried several different ones but have the same issue. This is on page 9 step 6 of the 12.55.8 Octane synchronizer install guide.
