Share defects with SharePoint users

We have a lot of 3rd party team /off-shore members that don't have VPN access to see the defects in ALM. We would like to have an easy way to share the defect list with them. If they can make updates that sync back to ALM, that would be good. If they can't, its sufficient that they can view the list of defects.
