We seem to recently have developed an unusual issue with our ALM 12.50 instance. We have found that some of the users from a consulting company we are using aren't able to receive emails as the ALM airmail system wont send to them. The only thing we can fund is that the domain for these particular users have digits in their domain name (i.e. @123.com as an example but not the true domain).
Is this something that we could work around without setting the consultants up with temporary accounts on our domain to make them work correctly (as giving them temporary addresses is lots of work maintaining for out IT department but it works)?
