Hello,
We came in overnight and our LDAP system is now unable to authorize the users into the system. We changed the authorization type to QualityCenter and restarted the services and this allowed us to get into the system access the settings and re-establish the LDAP communications like we have had to do in the past. However this time when we enter the credentials and information, we are still unable to authorize through and getting a generic error that "authorization can't be verified, please check with your Administrator". I am the administrator so I am unsure what to do now.
Any suggestions on what we should try?
