We are preparing for our update and as we currently have LDAP authentication as our main authentication protocol and to manage user accounts, we are trying to find out the SiteAdmin account used to install. That account was used by an employee that is no longer with the company to install the version we have currently. We were told we would need this user information during the install so how do we find it??
