Parameters not being used when trying to use TFS to trigger an automated UFT test from ALM Lab Management

I'm trying to use TFS to trigger a test from ALM Lab Management, but none of my parameters are being used. I set up the UFT ALM Lab Management Environment preparation task, but not sure if I missed something?
