We are trying to use the "Update" option in the Micro Focus licensing portal to update our LoadRunner v12.55 license to v12.60. Everything seems fine to where we select our assets, select Update, provide the locking information/Host ID, but when we click the final Update button, nothing seems to happen. We are kicked back to the Entitlements screen, and the Update doesn't appear to "stick." What are we missing?
