We are running ALM 12.20 and having an issue getting a connection to the DB at peak times. After changing the maximum number of database connections in the SA_MAX_DB_HANDLERS site parameter as recommended on another site the issue is resolved. The problem is that this value gets resets within the system unexpectedly after restarting ALM and the issue returns.
Is there a work around for this to get the value to stick and remain persistent after the system is restarted?
